Return & Refund Policy

At Lux by The Godfather, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and customer satisfaction. However, we have a strict policy in place to ensure a smooth process for returns and exchanges. Please read the following terms carefully.

🕒 Return Window:

  • Products can only be returned within 3 days of receiving the item, only if the product is damaged or there is a significant issue with the item.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, altered, or in any condition other than its original state.

📦 Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • The original invoice must be included in the return package.

  • The product should not be worn or altered in any way.

  • Returns are only allowed if the product was received damaged or with a discrepancy. To qualify for a return, you must provide clear proof of damage or incorrect product. Unboxing video/photos showing the issue must be shared within 24 hours of receiving the product.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or damaged products that were not reported with proof of damage at the time of receiving the order.

  • Items purchased during sales or discounted promotions.

  • Products where a return request is raised after 3 days from receiving the product.

  • Products without the required unboxing video showing the damage or issue.

💸 Refund Process:

  • No refunds will be issued unless the product is damaged or the wrong item is received, as long as the product meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • In the event a return is approved, we will only issue an exchange or store credit, not a cash refund.

  • For COD orders, no refund will be processed in cash; only store credit or product exchange will be offered.

    • Order ID.

    • Unboxing video/photos showing the damage or incorrect item.

    • We may ask for further details based on the situation to proceed with the return request.
